I signed a contract with Justin Brinkman in Oct of 2014 for him to trade my binary option brokerage accounts under a list of limitations to each trade. The agreement was made and he traded accounts to lose entire amount in 3 hours not performing according to the trade limitations of our contract

He agreed he made a bad mistake and would refund my contract fee and all trade losses, $5100.00

After numerous e mail promises to pay, he still has not re paid my losses
