Justin Brown Capital One Mark BrownCapital One Bank Loan Scam Miami Florida

 I received an email stating that I was approved for a 4500 loan and that all I needed to do was call. I called and Justin/Mark started talking about my funds will be deposited into my account within a few hours and that the only way I could repay my loan back is by prepaid card. Now I didn't reallize that it was a scam until I hung up with him because I was in the process of getting the baby dressed and getting ready for work. I realized that he did not confirm my employment nor did I have any papers to electronically sign. But I did realize that if I'm getting a loan why you not able to repay thru a checking account. I told them and emailed him that I do not consent to any funds
