An agreement was made between Justus Cleaning Services, LLC and
myself in August 2009. I was to develop various marketing material for this
company on a as needed basis.
I was paid for the initial marketing items created at the agreed upon fees. Since that time I have done many additional marketing projects including formal presentations, attendance of networking events and other business development services. I was told by Steven Monk that he would like to contract with me as their business development consultant for 90 days. The past due costs owed for the completed work and services was to be included in the set compensation stated in the contract. A week after a verbal agreement was made, Steven Monk of Justus Cleaning Services advised me that the company would not sign a contract and asked me to "just bill them on a month to month basis". At that time I billed them for all past completed work and business development services, which totaled over $6,700. Justus Cleaning Services has refused to pay for the services I have provided.

I am sorry deserve2bpaid did not win. I believe she has every right to be paid for the work she did! Sometimes the law isn't always on the honest person"s side. Sometimes its the liars that win...As we saw with the OJ/ Nicole Simpson murder case and the Michael Jackson molestation case.
It seems to me if she did any work for you, then you are the one that will be carrying bad Karma around with you. Your laughing at the defamation winnings...think again! You just took away one of our rights in America. Freedom of Speech! And that includes the freedom to anyone's opinion on the website too.
From what I can see, you lie in several areas including what sounds like you did to deserve2bpaid. The other lies being you stating that you are the Director of Operations on one website, then the owner of the Justus Cleaning Services on BBB. In addition to that on another website you state you certified Code Green Fitness as a Certified Green Business when it looks like that was done by the company E.C.O.
So with all these other lies...how would anyone believe you? Or think you deserve any money for defamation? It seems like you defame yourself quite enough!
