This is my 3rd and last report.

So as i said before in my last report i was quitting this company. My dispatcher got me home and i cleaned out my truck and got another job lined up.

My dispatcher told me he wanted me to stay and apologize several times for the way i was talked to by the p***k on 3rd shift. He promised me that we could make it where that wouldn't happen again and told me it really upset him as well. I like my dispatcher and its hard to find one that trys to talk to you like a person and not just a truck. To make a long story short i decided to stay because of him.

If your like me u seen or herd about k and b and seen that they have a guarantee of good money then u got on Google and looked them up and this is what u found. Everything i said is true. There will be times where u wont get any sleep. If u get a old truck u will have problems. Unfortunately there are several people that work in the office that are miserable people and treat others poorly. But they do pay u well.

Im out here for the money and nothing else. I will not do this forever and i plan on being with a small company in the end. This company has potential to be a good company. They do have positive factors but like i said they have a few folks that make this job very difficult.

If they do read my three reports on here i would like them to really pay attention to this....

Not all drivers are good at what they do. Just because u can get a cdl does not make u a good worker or intelligent. So the ones that do a good job u really need to try to treat them like gold. You can take the worse day ever in the office and its nothing compared to a bad day out here. I understand there are 10 horrible truck drivers to ever 1 good one. So dont make the 1 good one feel like he is as worthless as the rest of the lazy dumb ones.

As for the guys looking at coming to work for this company well u see how it has gone for me in the last 4 months. Just be aware better hope u get one of the good dispatchers and just plan on nothing but work. This is not a company where u get to go see the sites and hang out. And u better pay attention and listen or they will send u home.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!!!!!
