K & B Tranportation Western Livestock Express kept most of my last check and wakes me up to move freight illgealy sioux city Iowa

 I worked for these scam artists twice. The first time they were not so bad at first. I had a on the job injury to my wrist. A hairline fracture. No cast. 1 hour away from home in oklahoma and they wanted me to drive all the way up to nebraska without being able to shift! I said no and drove home and my wife took me to the E.R. I was told I have to take off about 5 days. They acted like it was okay and then sent someone to come get my truck! Didn't even call me. I never got my last check and they put it on my dac that I abandoned my truck. When I found this out I called them. They said that they did not know it was medical. I had to go to the hospital and get copies of my paperwork and faxed it in. They took it off of my dac and said they were sorry and it was a misunderstanding. They told me that the guy who did that was no longer there and to please give them a second chance. I decided I would. But when I got there he was still there and still a j******! I had already quit my other job and was pretty much stuck. Not only did they keep almost all of my last paycheck but that I damaged my truck! One dent by the apu unit that happened when they had it towed. They always  blame the driver! No matter what it is always your fault! They treat you like a child and tell you when to fuel, when to take your breaks, and they call you if you haven't moved yet, they always put a message of are you rolling yet? on your qualcomm. It is the most stupid thing I have ever heard of!

Oh yeah. If you want a full break, don't work there! They call you to illeagally move freight during the middle of your 10 hr break. They also tell you  to avoid the weight stations at all costs and run you mostley at night for that reason. They also go in and change your electronic logs so that it shows you are legal when you are not. They also think they are the police now and will fine you if they think you are going over the speed limit! They use google to determine if you are speeding! Google is not even updated with new speed limit postings due to construction! Doesn't matter to them! The guy that is running this company has already run 2 others into the ground and they had 2 dispachers arrested by DOT for these exact things. DOT needs to shut them down! They are the reasons why truckdrivers get such a bad rap! I am contacting Iowa and Nebraska DOT to file an official complaint to them and I am also contacting the labor board in both states! They owe me money and we almost lost our house because of these people. My advice is to RUN! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Don't believe anything they tell you. They open their mouthes and out falls lies!
