the cat was a stray that left in a house that ms whitner bought. the house needed drit under the slab. the cat had escaped under her house the dirt was poured under with the cat trapped

ms whitner knew the cat was trapped and heard it crying but said she was not going to pay for it to be rescued. i called the local s.p.c.a. who told her she had to make an attempt to save the cat.

she called the co. who filled under the slab. they sent one person to dig the cat out. the cat is dead now . it was trapped for about five weeks. no one in my opinion did much to help the cat.

i even called my local tt.v station. i live in la. i am not sure if i can take legal action against this person ? i have also lost my job because of this and have to move from my apt.

i do not want my name asso. with this i have very little momey but i think something should be done can you help with any legal advice

local authorities would have fined the women with cruelity

AUTHOR: Candice - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 18, 2005

It seems that the local authorites would have
the women with a charge of animal cruelity, if
they were called.Because that was cruel.

WHY DIDN'T ANIMAL CONTROL SEND SOME ONE OUT?!?

AUTHOR: Sherri - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 30, 2002

Most places, the animal control officers would have been immediately out there, did whatever they need to do to rescue the cat and then billed the property owner.
