Do not waste your money or your time with this guy he is a complete fraud. Paid this SOB $11,000 for a game he promised to deliver in 3 weeks. After a year of rejections by iTunes I demanded my money returned. He told me to find someone else to finish the game and refused to return my the fee I paid him. I contacted Australian authorities and got the complete runaround. They wouldn't help me even though by Australian law he is liable civilly and criminally. It seem as though they were more interested in protecting him than protecting the public. Don't be played the way I was. Be smart and find a developer who knows the business and can actually code.

Kadir Gunduz can't keep track of his complainants!

Mr Gunduz obviously has more complainants than he can keep track of. My name is Lloyd Kearns not Brandon Irish and Mr Gunduz's rebuttal has nothing to do with my complaint. I paid Mr Gunduz over $11,000 for a play money poker game he could not deliver. Our contract Included three weeks for Mr Gunduz to deliver my game in working order and approved by Apple iTunes. A year later the game still had numerous functionality problems and had received constant rejections by Apple iTunes. Mr Gunduz asked for and received more time and still could not deliver the game. I asked for a refund of the $11,000 I paid him and he refused telling me to find someone else to finish the game and not to contact him again. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this person. When I accused Mr Gunduz of obtaining the games he is selling from another developer he never denied this. Be smart and hire a developer of higher moral character and who actually knows game development.

Customer is irrational - Brandon Irish

This customer whos real name is Brandon Irish purchased our source code to run his poker game. These are the issues we faced with Brandon.
• We set Brandons game up on Rackspace and once the game was launched he wanted to run the game from his home computer (to save spending money on Rackspace hosting I believe). We tried to explain to him this is not a good idea as bandwidth from his home internet will not suffice the demand on the network from players playing his game.
• Brandon didn't listen to our advice and pulled down the game from the Rackspace servers we set it up on and tried to install it elseware himself.
• Brandon does not have any programming skills and we advised him to hire a professional developer to move his game and one we can help support as he did not have the skill required to do this himself.
• Brandon eventually hired a developer from India who we began supporting with his move to another server
• Brandon must have decided through all of this that running a poker game is not what he wanted to do and got very agressive with us.
• We learnt that Brandon is only seeking a refund from us - we offered to support him but his only aim from these posts is to get a refund.
• We explained to Brandon that refunds are not possible as you were given source code and you shared that source code with other developers. Extensive work was done on delivering his game and his reason for a refund was not founded.
• Brandon is also trying to run an illigal real money bitcoin based poker game using our source code (hotshotspoker.net)
Our last words to Brandon were this:
We can support you again if you do the following.
1. Remove your defamatory post from ripoffreport.com
2. Cease threatening us
3. Let us work with your developers to assist them getting your game working on your new server.
