Kevin Pan aka Kaino Pan and his associate Eric Yang, Arkym, PYspeed, P2spec, Luxwatch (wechat user name) scammed me out of $120,000. I won the case in a civil suit but none of the above named scammers have paid the judgement against him.
May 2014, Kevin Pan (aka Kaino Pan) sold me a collection of Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe watches in the amount of $120,000. In the end he did not delivery any of the watches and took the money and ran. I filed a lawsuit against him and won in Sept 2015, however he has never paid the judgement and now I am seeking to get a bench warranty for his arrest.
