mom been seen at kaiser after operration did not get well went for blood trans but still bleeding so went for 2nd trans sent her home still not well 4 days anther trans never sent to hosipital then seen on Dec 3 at 9 am sent home doc said your ok see you in 3 weeks well she died that night around 1am dec 4 why was she never put in the Hosipital?
