Kale Realty You Must Read This If You Are Thinking Of Doing Business With David Itah And Kale Realty lie and steal Chicago Illinois

My partner and I did a deal with David Itah and found out that he was not very honest.He lied to us and did not do what he said he was going to do.When we asked where our money was David Itah called and said you are not getting your money fat f*! Itah still has not returned a call or email since.

We called and emailed his boss Nick Patterson several times and Patterson said this has nothing to do with him. We told him to forget that deal and that we had proof that David Itah has done several deals outside of closing. Patterson wouldn’t respond, he finally told us to file a complaint. We again told Patterson that we had proof of several deals Itah did outside of closing.

And Patterson said that had nothing to do with him. My partner told Patterson that Itah signed documents at Closing stating there were no other terms to this deal that aren’t on the hud and Itah had in fact made agreement to make payments on a property that was brought to him. Many times Itah closed deals that were in violation of the closing.   Patterson’s response was don’t ever contact me.

Do yourself a favor find a more reputable agent and company there are plenty out there.
