Hello,
I ordered a bathing suit from Kali Swim Wear and felt comfortable with the sizing as I have ordered a suit prior and the size I ordered fit.
The second suit I ordered came in a totally different size after waiting a very long time for it’s arrival -
I sent numerous emails before being responded to and was told my emails went to spam (I knew this was a lie) because this was during July 4 time period and the customer service was just being neglected.
I being a business owner let that slide as after I sent pictures they acknowledged I was sent a wrong size and agreed to send another suit.
I explained that I live on an island and I needed the other suit to be delivered to my friend before August 2 when she was scheduled to leave on her trip to visit me - I ordered the suit on July 2 !
After a couple of weeks I wrote to them asking why the suit hadn’t made it to her yet ... after several emails they answered me they thought I meant to deliver the suit after August 2- when my emails were very clear and they assured me several times.
I was then told that they would rush production and over night the suit before August 2... another lie by Kali Swim Wear!
The suit showed up on August 5 - my friend had to pay 44.50 to ship this to my mother in-laws house for when ever I make it there for a visit - this is on top of the 10$ I had to pay extra to have the next suit shipped also !!!
The care and customer service of this company is extremely awful! The amount of emails I sent with no answer or emails with vague answers .. not even really answering my questions was just so frustrating!!
the quality of the suit that was way oversized was terrible and not even made with swim suit material -
I brought it to a tailor to see if he could maybe fix it a little to make it fit me since the function I bought the suit for was around the corner and here I was with nothing !
he told me the suit wasn’t even made with swim suit material.
I am just voicing my experience with this company because it took way to much of my time and was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
