Kaliko Chiropratic fraudulently converted a continegency billing and submitted documents that I do not recognise to a collection agency. 

Clearly documentation has been altered and modified! this is not honest business practises to change agreement from Continegency to billed 43 months later. 

Kaliko works with an attorney who happens to be related who referres clients and then drops there cases, all the time promising if I dont settle you will not have to pay. 

Kaliko then converts bills and tries to strong arm you in collecting.
