I talked with Richard and Richelle Johnson on the phone and via email. Ordered parts for my Kamado #7. I also ordered repair cement for my Kamado since new cracks had develop. The order and payment went out on two separate occasions. I have the email invoice for the latest purchase. Each time I was quoted 2-4 weeks for delivery, nothing has arrived. I have tried multiple times for polite resolution, all for no response. I just want to fix my grill and I am willing to do the fixing. They are unwilling to help. I feel betrayed and they have lied to me.
