Purchased boxed DVD set,Kung Fu & Virginian, advised shipping was 6 weeks, then advised it was with local carrier,then advised that it was tied up in Customs, when I requested an explanation I was advised that they would 'reship express'.

One part of the consignment arrived but they were copies and labeled incorrectly. They are no longer returning any of my emails.
