Kaplan University Is A SCAM!! Scaming me out of all my money as well as messing up my credit Boca Raton Florida

I been recently attending Kaplan University trying to get my associates degree to better my life as well as my daughters life and I couldnt believe the cost of tution. Well when I had first signed up for Kaplan University the academic advisors talked up a big game making Kaplan sound so good like it was the best online college to attend and that they will always be there if I needed any help at all. So I went ahead and decided to attend Kaplan went through all the financial papers and when finally completing everything I had made it very clear that from her on out until I get my associates degree I will not have to pay anything and they agreed that everything was taken care of. They had also went over all the loans that i would have to pay back once I graduate even my father had discussed my finacial situation with my academic advisior and told him everything was covered. So with in a couple of months I was receving a bill saying I owe them 1,889 dollars. But also keep in mind I had did the fafsa and only got 700 from the pell grant when my sister did one as well and put in the same exact information as mine and she had got 1500 but she attends a community college. So I was a little concern about it at the time but didnt pay any attention to it. So I called up my academic advisior and asked why I was being billed and she said that when I enrolled I had a balance of 1,889 and I explained to her that you had told me evrything was taken care of then she transfered me over to the financial department where I had a financial advisior as well named Guss Game and he told me that I had two options that to take out another loan to cover the rest of the money or make payments out of pocket. So I decided to take out another loan to clear my balance. So then I was having problems in my life with family issues my brother passing and all and I lost sight of school, so I had to redo my classes and they assured me I wouldnt have ro pay anything. So in a matter of months I was getting billed for 2,634 and I didnt pay because I felt I shouldnt have to because they assuered I wouldnt have to pay anything for the rest of the year that I attended Kaplan. So they then said that if I didnt pay it there will be a block on my login page and within a matter of a week there was a block on my login page I couldnt attend my seminars couldnt do any homework and just failing my classes. So I wanted to re-enroll and get my degree so I decide to take out another loan so in matter of weeks it went from 2,634 to 3,901 that I have to pay so I was looking on the internet and came across this page and read alot of the articles and first thought just everything was just missed calculated in my finacial situation and realized they are trying to get every little peeny out of me and as of right now I just took out another loan to cover the 3,901 to get back into school so before I even have a degree I am pretty much in the whole in debt, my credit is shot to hell, and now that I know other people are experincing a similar situation I feel we need to come together and something has to be done about it because there going to keep getting away with taking peoples money and ruining their lifes. How I am supposed to support my daughter if I am in debt already all money is going back to paying these off and I can't keep doing this so if anyone is planing on putting a lawsuit against them please let me now A.S.A.P
