I enrolled and .graduated from the associate degree for health information and all they did was send me a diploma and I wasn't even able to get in to take the state exam because there school was not listed on the credited school list. I am stuckbwith a financial aid bill that I can't even pay cause I can't even get a job in that field.

I have been going to Kaplan since 2011 and have received an Associate's in Criminal Justice that isn't worth the paper it was printed on! I am now 40 grand in debt and am a single mom so I can't pay it. I am still enrolled with Kaplan, but currently looking to try and transfer, but they still have my financial aid in limbo. They have me oweing them 2500 and have locked me out of everything until it is paid. Although I completed my FASFA, got approved, and was supposed to be receiving the Aid, I was told numerous times that they "are working on it", that I would " get an email as soon as it is ready', and that the holidays and recent upgrades to the system was the reason my information wasn't completed and my financial packet wasn't ready. They have been working on it since Sept 2015 and still have not fixed it!
