Karen Hawkins This so call Godly person scammed me for my deposit money. She claims to be all nice and about God to get you to lease her properties. She showed me one of her properties on Utah I did a app fee and she denied me . A few weeks later she called out the blue and stated she wanted to give me an opportunity to lease. She showed me her other property on Somerset Dr. I have her my deposit . She wait until yesterday the day of the move to tell me she doesn’t want to move forward with the lease. The day prior we had a discussion about the alarm system she wanted full access to the house wanting to know all passwords and codes to house. After the conversation of expressing my feelings regarding the privacy issue she denied my lease. She sent a text and stated she will mail my refund. She stopped answering my calls and texts all together. This lady is the freaking DEVIL do not rent from her at all. Cedar Hill Texas

She took my deposit money and lied to me about leasing the property on Somerset Ave. Sge waited to the day of and denied my leases due to me addressing the alarm system. She wanting full access to the system so she can spy on my every move. She has taken my mail and deposit and stop answering my calls and texts . She claims to be a Godly women but really is the DEVIL. She denied me in one property and a few weeks later CALL ME back to playa sweet role of offer me another property. All to just scam me and do this to me and take my money and mail. DO NOT RENT from her at all.

Sounds like a scam

The way this happened sounds like a scam to me. I am not even sure that the person really owns those properties. If the person doesn't own these properites but rather manage them, this person is a professional scammer because the person knows exactly how to operate the scam.
