Joost De Vries provided defective parts under the Customer Service warranty. These parts require replacement and I have to pay out of pocket even though they were replaced a few months ago. The new battery cells that were installed are now defective again and Karma Automotive is not standing behind their product. Joost De Vries is trying to create an income stream from providing known defective parts. Run don't walk from the thieves at Karma Automotive.
