January 2016. Followed the instructions on kateelife.com to buy videos - purchased an Amazon gift voucher and sent to kateelife.com. Next day received the notification from Amazon that the gift voucher had been redeemed. Waited 2 weeks - no videos. Sent 2 reminders - still no videos or response from kateelife

Looks like my $50 has gone for good.

Gents - it's a ripoff. Katee looks great but don't waste your money.
