Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Guest stayed in our vacation rental costing them $12,500. 2 months after they completed their stay they charged back the entire amount and we lost the $12,500. Never once said they were unhappy & gave a great review. They were trying to get a free vacation!

Oh absolutely. Attorney is already on this. It's like buying a car on a credit card getting the title and then charging it all back!

If what you say is true I definitely would dispute this with the credit card company and I also would employ and lawyer to go after them to force them to pay for what services they got from you. there are so many people that always try to find a way to get something for free they need to pay the price. if what you say is true I would hammer the credit card company hard and heavy regarding the situation. if what you say is true this is ridiculous for you to have to eat 12,5000 is insane. I like the fact that you posted their phone number that is very cool .you weren't trying to be harassing you were just trying to get the word out. these people need to pay the $12,500 .again if what you say is true
