Kathy and Gregor Austin ACS Consulting Failed to pay rent Wilmington Delaware

Kathy and Greg Austin were tenants for a house that I own. They never paid rent on time and ended up skipping out on almost 3 months of rent. I won a judgment against them for possession of the house (they wouldn't leave even after not paying the rent) as well as all money owed. To date I haven't received a cent and they won't answer my calls or return them. Avoid renting to them or doing any business with them as after filing my suit I discovered they have quite the court history in the state of Delaware.
