Brand new trailer dual axle 14k gvwr . I get about 5k to 6k miles out of tires on the front axle back axle wears fine. Trailer only has roughly 12k miles on it and i have replaced all the tires warranty dept says there isnt anything wrong with it.
It took three weeks of daily calls to get that answer and they said they would not fix .So the one year warranty was good for about an hour thats how long it took to hook up the trailer and drive off there lot the day i bought it.I can say without a doubt i will never buy another kaufman product again.

Kaufman Trailers, Appalachian Trailers, and Trailer Baron are all owned by the same person. They emphasize the sale and not the post-sale service. If you look at their staff, they are heavily staffed in sales, but not in warranty support.
Their warranty on new trailers is only 1 year the last time I checked and there are numerous reports on this website (among others).
I would recommend anyone looking for a new trailer to really research the manufacturer and choose the one with the best support package.
