They lie and steal beware of these guys.
First guy answers the phone and says he they have a technician for tomorrow available and will call you when he is in the area. Next day he calls and another guy shows up, Jay he said. Than he needs to replace a part (water pump) and conveniently has the part and replaces it but he doesn't have the old part. The maytag washing works but it still makes lots of noise, which it wasn't doing before.
Then a week later there is water all over the place, he comes out again and this time it is a busted hose and he replaces it but there is NO old part again. This time it doesn't work - he says give it time. Now it won't spin at all.
When he was repairing it he broke the panel. Now they don't answer their phones. They have 2 phone numbers
