Kazuma Atv Parts Lewis Fiero Ordered 2 parts on 9-13-11. Received one item 2 weeks later. After numerous phone calls to the company, which you usually get a voice mail, I finally got through to Lewis. Told me that the item was on Internet

On Sept 13, 2011 ordered 2 parts for a chinese Kazuma atv from Kazumaatvparts.com. 2 weeks later got half of my order with no indication of where the other half was. Checked with the website and the status of my order still said it was in processing status. Nothing telling me where the other half of my order was either. E-mailed both e-mail addresses and no response. Called the toll free number and it goes directly to a voice mail that belongs to a person named Lewis Fiero. No indication that I am even calling a place of business. Have left numerous messages and never got any calls returned. Called one day and out of the blue someone actually answered the phone (Lewis) told me that the cable I ordered was on backorder and that he should be receiving anytime. Never could get a pin point as to when I would get my order. That has been over a month ago. Still nothing. Stole my money and will not answer the phone to refund me. I went to another company a very reputable one, and I was able to get the cable I needed no problem. The item must not have been actually on backorder if another company was able to get it. I have worked in the parts business for many years now and I know how the process works. Do not buy from kazumaatvparts.com. For that matter, don't buy a chinese knock off four wheeler, UTV, motorcycle or anything. They are really the biggest piece of junk and being in the servive business, we have to deal with working on these things and parts are a major problem getting for them. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. You may be left with something you can't even repair if you needed to. By the way, it still says my order status is in processing status two months later.
