JAMCAM camera is junk... software doesnt work... no one will contact me.... the business that doesn't give a dam internet .....

I have tried for over a year to contact this company without any response. My emails were returned or got no reply. I need the software for a jamcam digital camera. What do I do to get their attentions. Consumers beware! This company is a rip off and has no regard for their customers.
