Horrible tenant. Comes across real nice but rarely paid on time. Left with owing more than 2 months of rent. Had a dog that used the new carpet as a bathroom had to replace and treat the floor before putting in new carpet. Kept all garbage in huge pile in the garage rather than throw out weekly. Stunk up the place

Promises to pay but have to continually chase him down.
