Keane company, Nationwide

 Keane sent me a letter about an unclaimed check. I never received a check from them or for this amount. They give you 30 days to reply or it won't be issued to you. I called 3 times and left 2 voicemail. when I spoke to a rep, Kevin, he was very rude and told me I never called and it was probably too late to receive the check. I called the original company that they are claiming this refund is for & they had no knowledge of this company. they asked me to scan the letter & send it to them. they believed this was a scam.
