Empress Dawn only takes calls if she sees there is sufficient funds for a long conversation, otherwise she blocks the calls. Psychic Giada 22, uses the funds to spend 5 minutes shuffling cards and only answers the quetsionwhen the beep for last minute remaining is alerted. Both very unethical and more money-grabbing mentality than serving customers honestly and ethically.

As an employee (contracted) reader and advisor, we DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to callers' account info., nor do we see how much is available on your account or card. HOWEVER: We DO KNOW that those "3 free minutes" we send you actually COST US MONEY. That said, if you have a propensity to only use free minutes and then hang up as soon as the call goes billable, which affects our status, ranking, ad placement and incomes, yes...we WILL block those callers. We block callers who cost us money, cost us time, are rude, or give negative feedback for no reason. Keen will also cut a call for various reasons if QC hears something they don't agree with. Further, Keen runs your card twice- once at the beginning to check if the funds are there, and then again after a second incase you're calling on a prepaid caed with only a couple dollars on it. That said, it's done as a protection against CALLERS WHO TRY TO SCAM THE READERS. She may not have blocked you at all. It's rare for a reader to block unless you are COSTING THEM MONEY. I can pick up right away and see if a caller is pulling that stunt because I am...psychic. ;) So, I would block a scammer too. If your card tells Keen there's only a couple dollars there and you've exhausted your free mins, and this has happened several times, the company it's self will block your ip address, device SIM, phone number, card, email, etc., in the interest of keeping callers from scamming. If you did not scam Keen? You likely were not blocked. QC may have heard something and cut the call.

I am a Tarot reader on Keen with something to add.
The "caller id" feature on Keen only tells us your user name, it doesn't say anything else about you. I particularly like this as it allows me to prepare for clients who I know have been difficult or downright mean in the past. We do not know how much money you have in your account when you call. I don't know where you got this idea. We are alerted just as you are when you have one minute remaining, so you have a chance to either wrap up the conversation or prepare to add more funds if you want to continue the reading.
I don't know and so can't attest to any reader you mentioned, but I suspect that you exaggerate a little. You waited 10 minutes while you were being charged per minute? The cards don't actually do anything that they would "take longer than usual" for. Some friendly advice... If a card reader takes more than thirty seconds to shuffle SAY SOMETHING, and if they have a problem with that hang up.
