The only victim in these cases are the children. My son is the best 12 year old a single mother could ask for. His father, Keith Andrew Dow (aka. Keith Andrew Mines) has stopped paying child support and is hidding to avoid having to pay.
I really do not understand why "the system" hasn't persued him. He has not payed child support consistantly and has only ever paid when I have chased him for the money.
In the state of New Jersey the Office of Probation handles the child support cases. My case worker is helping in every way, but there is just not enough resources for her to find someone who has made a life out of hiding!
The time for excuses is over!! He says he has no job, well I just lost mine and I still have to feed our son!
In the past I tricked him to get his address in order to chase him for this money, so I can not use that one again! The courts can't or won't do anything with out an address! Meanwhile, what am I suppose to do?!
Because we do not live in the same state I've been told that makes it harder. Why? My son is just as hungry if he were in New Jersey or North Carolina.
I am at my witts end and there is no where to turn!
My wonderful son has a good life that I have worked 2 and 3 jobs to create! He could have so much more if his father contributed the same!
