Keith Grivaldi Scam, possable fraud, trying to get personal information from you Internet

I recently have been on the job hunt and found an attractive job offer, I emailed them and sent them my resume'. A week later I was contacted to asked to answer some questions one of which was about my credit if it was fair, good, bad, etc. I answered them mainly due to the fact I have been in the financial industry for awhile and am used to questions like this.
About a week later I recived another email saying I was great for the position and to go to this web site to apply which I have already done, which lead me to search for this allium company only to find that another person on ripoffreports.com had already filed a report.
Beware of this company I think they are fishing for information. I am also including a copy of the email sent to me.
