Paid $12,000 cash for a 2006 Dodge van. Got a 3000 mile warranty for manager. Van broke down little after owning it a month. Took it back for warranty repair but manager no longer there, no one knew about warranty so wouldn't repair van. Took it to main Keith Pierson facility. They said van no good and sold us a 2005 Grand Marquis LS for $11,000. (How stupid could we be. (but these car sales people are master at selling). We went to Department of Motor Vehicles, Phone 924-1524, go in and fill out the complaint form about Keith Pierson Toyota. They have got to stop ripping off people. We want
$10,000 back from this whole mess. It hurt our savings deeply.

This is the third time since June that you have posted the same complaint. The world has not changed much in the past two months. You still need a written warranty and buyer's remorse is still not a rip off.
