I sold a purple monster M7 tablet to him on Nov 30, 2017. I shipped it to him while the payment on PayPal was pending. It was delivered to him on Dec. 7, 2017. Then, a couple weeks later, the payment was canceled and he deleted his ebay account, so I have no way of contacting him and I am unable to file an unpaid item claim with eBay.
