Kelisexin I did not receive the quality merchandise I was expecting. They sent me a cheap knock-off of what I was purchasing.

I responded to their ad on Facebook. It took me to their website where I made a purchase of a nice looking, great quality coat. When I received it in the mail several weeks later, I was very unhappy with I received. The coat was very cheaply made and the quality of the material was very inferior as well. It did not look anything like the photo in the ad.

The coat I received was a cheap looking knock-off with none of the features that had initially attracked my attention. I was extremely disappointed and immediatly emailed the company my unhappiness with their product and asked to return it for a full refund.

We haved exchanged several emails, however, they are not willing to allow me to return the garment and give me a full refund even tho I have met all of their requirements. All I want is to return this merchandise that I am unhappy with and receive a full refund. Kelisin has been unwilling to do that.

They have said if I return the item it will become "lost" and no refund would be forthcoming.
