I was a Boomtown customer and became a Kunversion customer in may of 2017. I started using the software and quickly came to realize it was poorly deveolped.
-the lead transfer into the system was an absolute nightmare (no notes, activity)
-There are numerous dead links
-Setting people up in listing alerts is nearly impossible. You have to specify each city (no map search)(clients are missing potentials, and that is huge!)
-Customer service is propmt, but they never actually fix the problems you contact about. It gets bounced around from person to person
-I asked to leave as I felt I was misled during the sales process, I was told I would be responsible for the full contract.
I would have definitely stayed with boomtown had I tried this software first before switching. So many false promises by Brian, their sales rep. I should have known something was wrong when I asked to try the software first.
As soon as my contract is up, I am out. With no idea on the thousands I will lose this year because of this poorly developed crm. Be careful agents!
