Failed to pay for non refundable application fee to rent a house in Merced, CA
Mr. Kelly Ryan Bousquet on October 19, 2018 applied to rent a house but walked away without paying.
Failed to respond to my text messages to return to house and pay. His voicemail is not set up at 209-355-0717.
Amount due and payable is $40. Paystubs show he earns $46 / hour yet has only $1000 at Merced Credit Union.

On 10-20-2018 09:36 Mr. Bousquet, rental applicant, texts 'I didn't know there was an application fee, you never said anything.'
Landlord replies 'It's written on first page on application itself. Are you coming back? Anywhere all charge application fee.'
Tenant texts 'I can yes. I understand and am willing to pay the application fee.' 10:08 hours.
Landlord texts 'What's best time? 10:09 hours.
Landlord texts 'Failed to keep your appointment, didn't call or return any messages. Reported your behavior and failure to pay my processing fee.'
