Subs beware. If you come across Ken Monilaw or Rick Zuba or Area Builders and Contractors run away. In the beginning they convince you they have it all together. They may even pay you some of your contract. But eventually they will experience some sort of financial blunder on THEIR part and not pay you. They will lie and say they are waiting for a payout. When they say this they already got it and spent it. Every sub I have talked to is owed money by them. Now they are unable to be contacted.
