Kendra Burton "Kendra Lee Burton" and "Kendra Lambert Burton" Sociopath, Four-Times Convicted Class A Felon- Identity Theft, Credit Card Theft, Bad Checks Nashua, Hudson, Litchfield, Manchester, New Hampshire

Kendra is a career criminal with a rap sheet that spans over the last 10 years, with charges ranging from bad checks and DUI to credit card theft and prescription drug fraud. She uses her three children as "sympathy pawns" to gain car loans, get onto people's cell phone plans, obtain cash, and apartments to rent. Kendra ripped me off for over $5000 (presented phony pay stubs to prove she could repay a loan) and despite my winning a judgement against her in small claims, she continues to ignore the court ordered payment plan. I haul her in to court repeatedly for enforcement, but she pretends to have no money by stating she only has $5.76 in a DCU savings account and is disabled.

The reality is that Kendra finds odd jobs on Craigs List, including prostitution. She goes by the names "Mikaela" and "Stephanie." She is also currently pregnant, due in March of 2010. She lost custody of her three children in January of '08 and therefore decided to get pregnant so she can have a new "sympathy pawn." She still works as a prostitute with a specialty of a pregnancy fetish.

On June 2, 2009 Kendra plead guilty to four Class A Felonies in order to avoid trials for a total of seven. You can pull the full records at Nashua Superior Court, but here is the summary:

Identity Fraud 

Identity Fraud (times two for two of her children)

Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card

The Court suspended her sentences of 1 - 5 years for the first three cases, and 12 months for the fourth case. However, the sentences are suspended only upon good behavior and compliance with the terms and conditions of the Order for a period of three years. If the sentences are imposed, they will run consecutively (not concurrently). During the coming three years she:

Will be on probation for the first two years

Cannot commit any felony, misdemeanor or violation offense

Cannot use alcohol or controlled drugs

Must submit to random drug testing

Must seek suitable employment or pursue post-secondary studies

Must support her dependent children

Must pay her debts as they come due and not incur indebtedness beyond her ability to pay

Must refrain from contacting her victims

Must keep the Court advised of her current address at all times.

Kendra has ruined MANY lives. If you find yourself in the position of being victimized by Kendra, you MUST notify the police. Do not rent any properties to her or give her any type of loan. If you go to Nashua District Court and have her record pulled, you will see that Kendra has had nearly TEN eviction proceedings against her.

Kendras also poses as a nurse (and or LNA). SHE IS NOT LICENSED IN ANY STATE, nor has she attended any type of college. She also poses as a daycare provider and/or teacher.
