Please do your research and do not hire this attorney. Alfonso Kennard Jr. is very dishonest and in my opinion not a good attorney. This firm has high staff turnover. He charges outrageous fees and delivers NOTHING. He has a lot of personal debt (a UCC lien, an IRS lien, and several court judgments against him.). He is delinquent in his Harris County Property taxes. He has a criminal history.

He has lawsuits pending against him for legal malpractice in Harris County District Court. He should not be allowed to practice law due to his financial situation and dishonesty. Anyone who does not pay vendors and contractors is dishonest. Instead of filing lawsuits against him the vendors should file criminal charges against him for theft of services.
