I contracted with Pool King and Kenny Lanni on August 23, 2006. After partially completing my pool he stopped returning my calls and did not show up for appointments which were made to complete the contracted survices. We have paid $32,000.00 to Mr. Lanni and Pool King for the completion of a 17 X 30 foot pool and all we have is cement pond with no electrical and no pumps. What we have is a mess.
I will not rest until he is behind bars for unfair trade practice. Please make sure you are informed about the people you do business with. We did not dig deep enough.
