almost 2 years ago this guy brings a car into my shop with motor mount problems and a shaking and idle problem...this was a 99 Mitz Eclipse with an after-market turbo...1st of all i look over this car and tell him it was butchered up and was not done at all correct and i told him i heard the turbo making contact inside the housing and other problems i told him not to drive it and it was going to blow up...well he drives it and after signing an invoice saying he understands he was warned about the problems and advised not to drive the car...well the next day he calls and tells me his car blew up and i got to say i told you so...well i told him if he wanted to have it fixed i could take his car in as a special project because it needed much much work...well i took the front end off oil pan off found that the person that built the motor did a bad job on much of it and that the valves hit the pistons causing it to do head damage and for the turbo it was all messed up and didn't Evan make boost....so i sent the turbo out and started to fix a lot of the little things that were done wrong at no extra charge...well in the mean time of waiting for the head and the turbo to come back....i had a falling out with a business partner that owned the shop i worked at and was buying....so i had to leave the shop and go back to work for myself....what happend to his guy at autowise usa in the irvine auto center was not my fault....well the car was there for 8 months and the owner of the car had been ripped off by the owner of the shop that i no longer work for...im sorry not my fault...well after 8 months i found out the car was never finished and i felt bad(i wanted to help this guy get his car running) so i got in contact with him and found out about all the bs he had been thru by dealing with the old owner of autowise,and chris wheeler that still worked there..he gave chuck self money..owner of autowise usa in the irvine auto center at 51 auto center drive in irvine..and the car was not finished still so he gave chris wheeler the only employee that was left at autowise 500.00 cash...and the car was still not finished...so the shop was sold bECAUSE AFTER I LEFT THE PLACE COULD NOT MAKE MONEY..and a new owner was dealing with the car...well after i found out the car was still there and never finished i had to help this guy and make his car run like i told him..now i keep my word...i called him and offer to finish the car i told him i would charge him 1000.00 to put it all together agian and make it run...ok after 8 months and many people messing with this car many many things were missing for the car...i had the car towed to my house and 2 days later the car was running so after 2 days of working my a*s off on this car it was running...so i call max monteray and tell him its running on his voice mail....8 days go by no call back when i get ahold of him by that time the car would not run because of a bad cam and crank sensor i told him i had the car running but someone from before damaged the wire harness by it being burned by laying on the exhaust..well in the 8 days i was waiting to hear back from max i found the problem in the harness and re-made the whole engine harness and fixed all the bad melting spots and re-installed it and ran it the right way so it would not have damage..this is about a 500.00 repair that i did not charge him for...so he comes and i tell him he has to pay me 1/2 of what he owed me for me to keep finisheing his car...he refused to pay anymore money untill he heard the car run...im alittle frustrated by this time so i said i have other jobs to get done and it will have to be put on hold for a week or 2 max...well after a week i had the car running and working..but i found some major problems with the electrical that had done damage to the cars ecm and needed to be fixed for the car to start up and run right plus it needed to be tuned on a dyno and a programed computer set up...well he comes over i take him for a ride in his car it made over 10lbs of boost and ran like a bat out of hell...but in the mean time it would sometimes backfire and act very strange...he had a huge smile on his face and could not stress about how fast the car was and how happy he was...well he needed to pay me...he paid me 1000.00 ok i had to put almost 600.00 in parts and replaced lost parts from autowise usa...now he wanted me to finish the car well i told him ill work up a cost and call him in the morning...well after many many calls and weeks and weeks no contact giving me the run around i got sick of his car being in my driveway taking up space so i started parking it on the street his car has expired tags...so i for 2 months kept washing his car and moving it every 3 days so it didnt get a ticket it started getting really frustrating so i let the car sit i had called him many times nothing nothing and then i tell him if he wants his car done..pay me im not going to buy your parts and do all the work so you can burn me for the money...so i let the car sit on the street and it started to get tickets...i didnt have the heart to let it get towed away so i moved it and tryed to not get tickets...well after another month i had it and said f-this car and i let it sit on the street and the car got towed i told him pick up the car he didnt this is not my fault i feel bad...at the time i was going to try to make it up to him get him some deals on the car so on so forth...but this dickhead goes and puts me on blast all over the internet saying im a bad mechanic...f**k you max! there is not a guy out here that can touch my work i do some of the best work around period i made your car run and really good...you were too cheap to pay up and finish it right...so the lies you post all the time are false and i will prove it i still have my video of your car if i did you soo wrong why dont you sue me i would love to slam you and make you look like a fool in court.....so stop posting lies or ill start my own lawsuit for slander and im not sure the legal terms but my lawyer said i can do it and make you stop your posts....so anyways sorry about your luck move on quit posing lies before i take actions that you will not like very much...

FACTS...I AM THE BEST MECHANIC ON CRAIGSLIST...YOUR CAR RUNS...I DIDNT REBUILD YOUR ENGINE..AND I TRYED TO GET YOU TO PICK UP YOUR CAR..YOUR TICKETS FOR EXPIRED TAGS IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE..YOU SHOULD OF PAID OR PICKED UP YOUR CAR

9 I DIDNT REBUILD THE ENGINE IN THIS CAR!!! I fixed many problems that the engine builder didnt do...
