Kent zimmerman has a good game, he is litterally a professional scam artist. 

After we made an agreement he changed it to cost me 4x what he promised me, and tried to sign my name. 

He accually signed the wrong name. because he didn't know the difference between the placement of last name and middle name arrangement on the drivers license he signed my middle name as my last leaving my last off the contracts completely.  The company he works for celebrates his accomplishments.  even though the contract doesn't not have my name, he used a fake email address even though he mailed me on the correct address, and a fake mailing address. there is no getting out of the bogus contract. I now must file a law suit to recover some of the stolen money, funds and remove my self from the contract.
