Keuster management group No response to phone calls Fort mill South Carolina
Keuster management has repeatly given poor customer service. The latest is our community pool has been open for 4 weeks and I have not received my pass so can't get in the pool. I have called repeated and it goes straight to voice mail. They do not return calls. I also e-mailed and got one response being assured they are very busy but would send one. Never got a pass. I drove to their place of business today and finally got my pass. Their excuse was we are very busy. Wow, let me be one day late on my monthly fee and get a late fee! How is that fair? They were 4 weeks late and I had to take my time to drive to their office and not so friendly service there. Very frustrating!!!
