Kevin Cruz, Drivers Ed A total fraud, unprofessional and rude! Cursed me by phone Brea California

I have had the same experience with Kevin.  He made my child write a 5 star review during her first lesson too.  This guy makes it impossible to schedule the second and third appointments.  He is a big bully, he calls and yells on the phone and then hangs up like a child.  His response to all negative feedback is that we are lying, have oddball personalities, make things up etc.....  kevin R Cruz is the liar, do not trust him with your child.

He will steal your money.  I am sure that I have an oddball personality for expecting three driving lessons and being able to schedule them in a reasonable amount of time and when none of that happened wanting a refund.  Do not be bullied by this guy and let him curse you and yell at you.  He will try and make it out like you are the one with the problem but as we all know that is simply not true.  Help get the word out.

 Let's get real... enough of your 20 years training teens garble and background nonsense. You steal money from innocent families-it's low level criminal activity and it's obvious READ reviews on YELP. At this point there is an overwhelming amount of evidence. Kevin I already anticipate a ridiculous response from you on my complaint. So typical of this type of reaction when a crook is caught.

 You are still using the same boiler plate response everytime the truth is told about you. The parent was drama, the parent is at fault, the parent did not follow the rules. Question...20 years of driving a bus for the school district? We are having a difficult time verifying that. And numerous complaints filed. I must be lying as you love to say yes we as parents are all lying and are amazing story tellers, and spend most of our time just making things up... In the last week alone you have had 18 negative reviews posted, we can not use the 5 star reviews on Google since you force the kids during their fist or second driving lesson make them pull over and park, have them give you a 5 star in fact you grab the phone from them and write the review about you...yourself! Disgusting and highly inappropriate behavior to have your minor child alone with this creep.
