This guy still doing scam. I found him on kijiji. He took deposit of $1200 for new gate. He suppose to install gate mid May. He came up with all kinds of excuses and now I trying to get refund. I am going to small claim court tomorrow. Stay away from him. Look up for multiple report against him in different names and numbers.

I just read your post and I am sorry has happened to you too. I too have had a similiar experience. I did go the the RCMP and they did file charges (June 20th, 2018) and currently Kevin Gregory Oikle is being charged with fraud over $5,000. He is expected back in court on July 4th, 2018 to answer a plea to these charges. So I urge you to please call the RCMP again. The more people who file with the RCMP the more likely we are to have the charges stick. They have to prove intent. There are Ripoff Reports dating back to 2015, so if enough people over the years under his various company names report this then we have a much better chances at convicting him.
