I contracted Kevin Lovoi to do a design for me. Because he said he needed some equipment to complete the job, I paid part of the fee in advance. That was the last I ever heard from him.

Despite repeated attempts to contact him by both phone and email, he completely ignored me from that point forward.

Warning: Do not ever send Kevin Lovoi any money in advance!

Let it be noted that Kevin Lovoi did in fact contact me to resolve the above issue. He did so in a forthright and honest manner and I appreciate the fact that he took the necessary steps and did the right thing in a difficult situation.
