Ordered a custom figure in October for a gift for my son for Christmas. As I got closer to Christmas hadn't received product sent several messages before I heard back. kevin claimed to have had a bout of food poisoning and said he would finish soon. Still didn't get it in January and he said he was having trouble matching colors I would get it soon. No correspondence since then and still no product.
