Kevin Trudeau And/or Itvcorporation scammed my mom and couldn't contact for refund Usa california

my mother recently saw an infomercial for kevin trudeau"s book losing weight and thought it would be something she would be interested so she called. the rep on the phone for ITV informercials told her the book was 14.95 and 9.95 to ship. the rep also told her she would receive another book and a virtual web site membership for 3 months for free just for ordering. my mom didn't want to subscribe to any sites, she's computer iliterate however she was told its a standard thing and after 3 months its gone, plus "ITS FREE". when the book comes its nothing she thought it would be, its a bunch of stuff she thinks is silly and just not for her so she called the customer service numbers given to return items since she felt she could, it had a 30 day money back guarantee. she got placed on permanent hold and then the company ends up closed on a wednesday afternoon when they're suppose to be open daily mon thru fri from 8 to 8. she asked me to go online to get a necessary RA number so she can ship books back per the instructions from her paperwork that came in box and i noticed something. she was charged 14.95 for book 1, 9.95 for shipping. everything else looked free with 0.00 behind them and then at grand total it had an additional 29.90 tag for shipping again!!! she had no idea a 14.95 book was costing her 55+ dollars!!!! with no way to send it back and with a subsciption that may automatically deduct funds from her monthly ( found this out right now by searching and seeing other people's horror stories of this guy and this company). this company is just plain wrong and a class action needs to happen against them so moms don't get dooped!!! i have seen countless accounts of similiar wrong doings since looking into this for my mom, i hope a good laywer is up to take this info junk down!!! i believe her VISA card is reversing charges as i write, i hope she gets it all back, no one deserves malicious intent to fraud and steal. most of us work hard for our money and no one has the right to pick our pockets and sell unsuspecting people false "virtual" crap. as i browse i see kevin has been paying left an right the FTC for false claims and i guess he's allowed to sell books only or something along those lines, probably why one book is titled "cures the government doesn't want you to know" hahahaha he's a snake oil salesman in the 21 century who is now selling books, capitalizing on bad press, and has found a way to make refunds so difficult most of us would just tire and give up. i think we need to turn him upside down and shake his pockets really hard so he might have to sell everything and earn a honest living doing anything that doesn't involve ripping us off!! like scrubbing floors! :)
