AWFUL!!! I am renting currently, it has been the WORST experience ever. They can't wait to get your lease signed, that is there only priority.... After that, getting any repairs done will take months, When I called AGAIN they have no idea or no record of repair request. FRUSTRATING!!!! They THRIVE on out of state homeowners, can't wait to manage your property..... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! BEWARE!!! SHADY BUSINESS
