The park I live in is unsafe. My roof leaks so bad the ceiling is sagging in. Black mold can be seen. The main door wont lock so we screwed it shut They owners refuse to repair.The skirting is all messed up. Cats get under mobil & spray the smell comes through vents. # 1 5 has no kitchen sink so they use bathtub to wash dishes. That is just a few examples of what we're dealing with. If we complain they raise our rent. Please check this business out.
