It started as me buying an iphone case for my daughter from HD accessorys aka Keywei Inc

The order took 11 days to get from the West to East coast. Ok understandable Xmas time.
The case was delivered, broken beyond repair. I sent emails with pictures to the addresses listed on the website and they were all returned as Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:
Numerous phone calls got nothing but busy signals..... very frustrating.
I wanted this for a Christmas present. I finally filed a Paypal dispute and I am waiting for a response.
If I had looked the company HD Accessory up on the internet before I bought the item. I never would of.
The get terrible reviews..
